I can't remember the name of the man who did the estimate, but he was the only person who could tell me about the aphids on a tree, and how to deal with them. It's pretty obvious the owners care about their employees. They seem to cultivate their workers entrepreneurial spirit, even if it means moving on to start their own business. Wow. <br /> I was very impressed by the team who showed up, literally smiling and waving. I was thinking one or two people in grubby work outfits. No, this was five guys in  work uniforms. I had a certain level of expectations based on the previous reviews, but this company exceeding those expectations. The workers were very polite, did the work very quickly, and cleaned up my backyard very nicely. The work was better than I expected it to be. <br />"

He calls specific gardeners and then gives me a price. I pay them. I have some plants and trees and things like that which cost me a little bit more. They're great. I did't ask for a specific time. I chose the gardener that I could give a key in case I'm not here. They are definitely trustworthy."

"John is responsive to calls for estimates.  He called back right away, and we set up a time for him to look at our situation. <br /> The reason this month long trapping is pricey, is that it involves multiple visits per week to check the traps, and the initial set up takes some time. He is very careful to keep the traps out of a child's reach, and from interfering with neighbor's yards.  Where applicable, he protects birds from getting caught in the traps by putting mesh over the trap. <br /> His company offers a variety of yard and critter services.  I recommend Gingrich Horticulture Service, and I will use them for bait station maintenance, and will try some of their other lawn and critter services. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Excellent response time. Friendly and professional technician went out of his way to educate me on the best rodent prevention for my home. Traps were placed in my attic and checked every couple of days until no more were caught. Technician also repaired under house vents with hardware cloth to keep rodents out. And the ants are gone. They are also careful not to spray near food bearing plants. I am aware that their service cost is higher than Orkin, but not by much. $45 monthly for service every two months (includes unlimited free callbacks between service dates if needed). They also set up auto pay so I don't have to remember to pay yet another bill. They did not spray interior of home, but will do so if needed. I like that they use care in application of product and are willing to swing by more frequently to take care of issues as they arise. Great customer service."
