I am a consumer who fully expects companies to do exactly what they say they will do, and I was not disappointed in contracting Irish to treat my yard for weeds. Irish, the owner, did the work (2/10/17) and his last words were: “It was a pleasure to serve you.” Based on what I experienced, that was more than a catch phrase. This company takes serving its customers seriously. Katrina was prompt and courteous during the scheduling process, I received a phone call when Irish was on his way to my home, he was on time, and I observed a big part of the work that was done. It was done with care to my home and possessions, weeds are all gone, and a week later there are no signs of new growth. I was given a guarantee that if any weeds popped up in the near future, they would come back out to treat them. It doesn’t look like I will need that!
