"Our house is finished with a Drvit Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS). We needed a company to repair cracks and bulging in the exterior walls. We got several estimates - E.M.Texture was very competitive. What impressed us most was how patient and transparent Rob was. He explained what needed to be done and provided several alternatives depending on the scope of the work. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions. The crew was very prompt, professional and courteous. They cleaned the work area every evening. The finished product looks terrific. I can't over emphasize how terrific E.M. Texture was to work with. "D&L was very professional from the beginning to the end. The crew was very efficient and did an excellent job on my large basement. They fixed any flaws that were in the drywall and communicated very clearly. during the process. I was amazed on how neat the paint lines were around trim, and doors was without taping. Upon completion of the job, they cleaned up and removed all painting tools and left the area very clean. I would recommend them and will use them again for a future paint projects. Last but not least their pricing was very reasonable and I did not have to pay them a dime until I was satisfied with the job."

"We hired this company to paint our home interior and tp repair area of our walls and ceilings where the tape had separated from the drywall. Seemed very personal and knowledgeable but as the job progressed, we realized that the experience level was not satisfactory. Mr. Salvador assured us that he would make the repairs needed. He made excuses for why he couldn?t repair the areas that we asked him to repair. He missed painting specific areas and got paint all over areas that should not have been painted, moldings, pot lights, etc. They didn?t double edge before painting and some areas didn?t have enough paint to cover the color that was there before they began painting. We ended up paying him and reflected that we were glad it was over. Then, we repainted and re-edged most of the areas that he painted. They left paint splatters on our hardwood floors and cabinets and didn?t clean up afterwards as they said they would do. We would never hire this business again. "

"There is paint splatter all over the roof, paint smears on windows, unpainted streak on front door, one of the windows in bedroom was left open and painted so that I had to hire a handyman to get it unstuck so it would close. I was working in AZ so that window was open from Oct until I returned at the end of Jan. They did not scrape off old paint so the white around front door looks awful. It looked great in pics but I was so disappointed when I got back to the house and saw it up close."
