"The management and staff at Spiros Painting were 100% professional from beginning to end. They responded immediately to my request for an estimate. They had someone come out to look at the project site the next day. I had called another painting company who told me that they could not provide an estimate unless I assured them that I would sign a contract within 30 days. Spiros made no such stipulation. Spiros began the work about a week after I accepted their proposal. This was partly to accommodate own my schedule; they could have started earlier. The rear wall of the house is difficult to access, but Spiros was able to deal with the situation without bringing in any special equipment. They scraped and patched the wall thoroughly. I have had experiences with painters in the past whose scraping amounted to a light rubdown. Spiros was very conscientious about removing ALL of the peeling paint. The company was patient with me when I changed my mind a couple of times before the work started, about the color I wanted. The work was finished in two days, partly because it was interrupted by rain. The company cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. I'm very pleased with the work and the workmanship."

They gave a quote for everything that I needed done but then came back with a different quote and reasoning. There was just a lot of miscommunication on pricing and material. "This company did an excellent job.  House, patio, step and walkway all look 100% better.  I was amazed at how clean they got the patio because it was extremely dirty, much more so than the house.  I was given an appointment for the following week the same  day I called them, which is significant to me since the other company I tried to use would not give me an appointment, telling me they would call the day before the service was to be performed.  The staff contacted me on the day of the appointment to let me know they would be postponing my appointment time to a little later in the day due to the sudden cold temperature change the night before which continued into the next morning when the work was scheduled to be done.  By the time I arrived at the house after work, the job was completed.  They did not damage any of the window or door screens and the yard was the same as before they came, i.e., no water or cleaning solution all over the place.  Also, their billing process was very convenient for me since I no longer live in the house; they sent the invoice via email and allowed me to mail the payment to them.
I highly recommend this company and plan to use them in the future when needed.
