"Arrive 10 minutes before the agreed-to time. Listened and ask questions to ensure he did want I needed to be done. Used the correct tools for the job. Engaged in the work and asked me a few times if he was accomplishing what I needed. Cleaned up thoroughly after his work. Does not gets better than that. I will use him again in the Spring // Update: 1 year later: I called and left a message that I had another tree to remove. He returned that call with a text asking for more info. I responded with pictures and info requested. I also referred a friend who had a large tree removal job. My friend got the tree removed, but Tim did not return my messages or texts. I assumed that my job was too small. Really poor communication."
