"I employed this individual's (Adrian "Jesus" Ramos) company, Grand Canyon Outdoor Care LLC, in mid-late November 2025 to clean up my front and rear years, including to trim low hanging trees (excluding 4 palm trees), shrubs, replant 2 cacti plants from a larger cactus plant and apply weed killer throughout the property. Jesus seemed to be very friendly and offered what I considered to be a fair introductory price with the understanding that he would return every other month to maintain my property. While the company showed up and on time, as expected, the following day, I was underwhelmed by the outcome of the work. In fact, and surprisingly, the job was completed by 3 men in a record 3 hours, and after inspecting the work and recommended that the remaining olive trees be further trimmed, as was expected, while Jesus complied for the most part, he rebuffed when I requested that he trim more from the trees. I was clearly less than satisfied given the work that was promised. "
