Perhaps I'm wrong but for $400 (after tips) I was shocked to find a lot of missed spots around pretty obvious parts of the house, like dust still on the coffee table and dust left in my bathrooms medicine cabinets. I'm kind of disappointed, overall."

They brought a black light and determined that the previous residents had pets. Because we were worried about smells from the carpet, they suggested using enzymes that would remove smells better. This doubled the price, but we were happy to do it. I'm excited to see if this resolves the smells we had in our apartment. "
