When he Came back he find out that he just needed to tighten a part inside the dishwasher by hand and no part was needed. He still asked for the rest of the money. So I end up paying almost $200 to have a plastic part in dish washer tightened by hand. (Should have done it myself if I wasn’t scared of breaking it) I do believe I should not have been charge more than $85. It wasn’t my fault if they did wrong estimate, made wrong diagnostic and then charge for their incompétence. I did call the office to reconsider but they didn’t listen."
