"This was the 2nd time I had called upon Pure Restoration for a somewhat urgent water damage/mold remediation/repair <br /> situation, having found them at random on Angie's List the 1st (and totally unrelated) time. <br /> I knew how helpful they had been and didn't hesitate to call again. <br /> Tommy, who runs the company is always on top of what's going on and always available and responsive. Everybody that came to do their particular job (mold, dry wall, plumbing, cabinet re-building, paint etc) was top notch and a pleasure to deal with.  <br /> In my case the quality of the kitchen cabinet re-building was awesome. <br /> And I was particularly happy and relieved that they were able to preserve a lengthy granite kitchen countertop when almost everything underneath it had to be removed.  <br /> Tommy & co. worked around my schedule and I can't stress enough how helpful it was knowing that he was available and <br /> would return calls asap. Everyone from their office was completely professional and helpful as well. You feel like you're in very good hands. <br /> And Tommy knew how to deal with the Insurance co. and get more out of them than I ever would have on my own. "Aaron and his co-worker arrived at the specified time, both very polite and got right to work. I was told attic work would take about 2 hours, and was spot on. The outside work about 3+hours, again the correct estimate. All work on the original itemized proposal was done, and was shown one of the difficult repair and explained, the only reason I noticed this repair is that I did not have touch-up paint, which they offered to do had I had some, my loss. Total experience was outstanding and they said they would follow-up in a year with my automatic 2year warranty. The office followed up to ask if all work done and if satisfied with the service. I will be calling them again for work on a rental I own. "

"We suffered a major leak last year, causing an immediate need to remodel our kitchen. We interviewed 4 general contractors prior to making our selection, asking nearly every question we could think of to ensure we made the right choice.
