"You have to pay up front before any work has been done through his website or phone app. And you pay for a set amount of hours. If it takes longer, you pay again. You don't get reimbursed if it didn't take as long as you paid for. If he has to travel to get a different part, he is on the clock for that too, even if he bought the wrong part to begin with. Seemed like he was learning a few things as he started installing some things, like the closet doors - he bought the wrong roller mechanisms and didn't know how to install a peep hole eyeglass - in fact he lost a part of the magnifier and had to go back to the store to buy another one, as well as the closet roller mechanisms - all at my expense. I do not recommend this company."

My job after vacuuming is to carpet punch the strands back in. 66 crawling around of the floor punching carpet. Oh it was the owner who told me I needed to buy a carpet punch. So as I get older it is harder crawling around but I still remember the owners could care less. Go elsewhere."
