I rented a 20 yd. dumpster, but since there were none available for the next day, which is when I needed one, they upgraded me to a 30 yd. dumpster, for the same price, which I filled up. I live on a mountain in Hampden, MA., which can be challenging for large vehicles, but MIke, the driver, worked very hard to angle the dumpster to my liking, so I could still pass down the driveway with my car. He was very considerate and professional. Working with the people in the office was easy and reassuring that all would go well, and it did. The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Patricia and Victoria have gone out of their way to return my many phone calls on the weekends too. You just don't get customer service these days anymore like the bullbag provides.They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it professionally and pleasantlly. I was ill for awhile whilst I had the dumpster and they were fine with me keeping it extra time, and it's only $5. a day if you run over. I have stone walls/pillars at roadside, and they were expert drivers carefully coming in and not damaging anything. AND, the dumpster was clean! From the phone to the driver, they were professional and polite. Drop off and pick up were exactly when they said it would be.
