"Mr.Amando Chavez on July 11, 2025 randomly knocked at my door, gave me his business card & asked for nearly $500 to a very small job. $470.00, I said $400, his voice "NO" my price or nothing, that's to much for 15 min. of mowing, 2 small trees & shrubs to shape be another 30 min. A 1.5 hr job & 20 min. to clean up. Due to a potential fire hazard should a cigarette be dropped on my yard I choose the community safety over his rip off price. Took advantage of the situation made no effort to be reasonable on the job price, $400.00 was more than fair on such a very small job but he refused. Than he adds $10 onto the rip off price of $ 470.00 when they were done. The far shrub to the right wasn't touched that stopped at the tree on the R by the porch. right side but glad he didn't because he botched up the 2 shrubs no shape, the trees whacked at, didn't want the trees to be whacked off down so low, just below roof level nope that wasn't done. And won't give me a invoice paper receipt, why? "
