"The owners Daughter is extremely nasty to customers if you call or e-mail with an issue. She told me and other customers to go elsewhere if they don't like how they run things. She is the moderator of the Groton NY Community Facebook page and deletes people's comments and blocks them if they suggest any other trash hauler to be used in the community.
