When Ivan called, the first question he asked me was what year my house was built when I explained I wanted old popcorn ceiling removed. I was very impressed since I had read homes built in the 80s were needing to be tested for asbestos prior to popcorn removal and we had that done already. Thankfully our home was asbestos free. The knowledge shown from the first sentence and I was sold! They were on time and finished the same day as we needed. The job was labor intensive and my appreciation and thanks to the two employees who worked hard and did an absolutely amazing job. I’m sorry I did not take any before and after photos. I will be using this company again!"

He was positive with vast expertise and experience so I hired his company. The remodel involved lowering the island to one level, painting the oak cupboards white, replacing the original counters with granite, and installing a new sink. And all the ?extras? by John and the workers were so appreciated! Every worker strived for quality, with prep and cleanup amazing. My entire experience with the remodel was with NO STRESS!
