"We hired Jose & his crew at All Phase Drywall & Painting to do some drywall repair and interior painting. Jose is very professional and responded quickly to our inquiry. He came and estimated the job, and when it came time for the bill there were no surprises. They were constantly cleaning up after themselves and left our home looking fresh and clean. We highly recommend All Phase and will use them again ourselves for future needs. We live in a condo association and recommended them to the other condo owners. AAA+!"

"We had to wait almost two months for them to get to our place to actually put up the fence (partly due to an easement that needed to be removed by the city before they could begin) but once they got to it it didn't take long at all. The fence looks great and they put it up just like we asked. <br /> The reasons I rated them a B was because of just one thing: <br /> 1. They had to take out a portion of brick along the side of my house to put in a fence post, which is fine. But in our walk-through this was never discussed. They didn't ask me, they just ripped the bricks up and threw them into the garden. (A raised bed that the bricks were surrounding) then when I asked them about it they said "don't worry, we'll put them back." They didn't put anything back when they left. <br /> <br /> Jeff (the owner) was super easy to work with when I could get ahold of him but he wasn't great at returning my calls or emails. (Asking when we could expect the fence to get started on) His wife was very easy to work with in the office too. If we had to do it again I'd still go with liberty. The fence looks great and the price was right.   <br />"

"I hired Pro-services Llc first to paint the interior of my 3 bedroom home - including walls, trim, ceilings, and kitchen cabinets. They did a beautiful job! They came out and did a thorough walk-through and estimate before the job, provided consultation on color and finish selections, kept me informed about progress throughout, and did a really beautiful job. Super friendly, detail-oriented, and professional. I was so happy with their work on the interior that I also hired them to paint my exterior a few months later - including trim, porch, etc. Again, full consultation and suggestions on color and finish. Before the paint, the stucco and home looked a bit drab, and after the paint it just really looks fresh and modern. Super happy with the entire process and the outcome. Highly recommend!"

"This is the second job, John, Daryll, and company have done for us. I like the way they respect our home and take extra steps to keep the job as clean and neat as possible. They have skills that make them perfect for remodel jobs on older homes as well as newer homes. They provide the best "bang for the buck" if you wish to hire pros. And since I myself do not possess the necessary talents to do such fine work, I'm glad they're nearby."

FAQs for exterior home or structure paint or stain projects in Twin Valley, MN

Painting vinyl siding is a budget-friendly way to revive curb appeal without paying for new panels. As long as the boards aren’t warped, cracked, or leaking, a coat of high-quality acrylic paint can buy you another five to 10 years before replacement.

Stick to lighter shades so the siding doesn’t soak up excess heat, and prep the surface well for the paint to bond. If you’re seeing rot or moisture damage, skip the paint and plan for new siding instead.

High-quality acrylic paint is recommended for vinyl siding. Acrylic paint adheres firmly to vinyl surfaces and resists peeling and fading, providing a sleek and long-lasting finish. Ensure the siding is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for optimal results. Your exterior painting pro has the expertise to properly prepare your siding’s surface to ensure proper adhesion.

Priming is not required if the vinyl siding remains in good condition and is properly cleaned. However, if the original color is severely faded or the panels have become porous, priming becomes essential. Priming provides a smooth, even base that improves paint adhesion and enhances durability, ensuring the acrylic finish adheres properly and lasts longer.

A paint sprayer is the quickest, most consistent way to coat vinyl siding. The fine mist reaches grooves a roller can miss and lays down an even layer in a fraction of the time. You’ll still need a brush for tight corners, but a sprayer slashes labor hours and reduces lap marks.

If you’re renting equipment, ask the supplier for a tip size made for exterior acrylics so the paint atomizes correctly and sticks to the siding.

Painted vinyl siding lasts between five and 10 years. The durability depends on the quality of the surface preparation and the local climate conditions. When the siding is thoroughly cleaned and prepped, and high-quality acrylic paint is used, the finish endures longer. In hotter regions, the lifespan may be closer to five years, while cooler climates help extend it.
