He came and estimated the job, and when it came time for the bill there were no surprises. They were constantly cleaning up after themselves and left our home looking fresh and clean. "We had to wait almost two months for them to get to our place to actually put up the fence (partly due to an easement that needed to be removed by the city before they could begin) but once they got to it it didn't take long at all. The fence looks great and they put it up just like we asked. <br /> The reasons I rated them a B was because of just one thing: <br /> 1. They had to take out a portion of brick along the side of my house to put in a fence post, which is fine. But in our walk-through this was never discussed. They didn't ask me, they just ripped the bricks up and threw them into the garden. (A raised bed that the bricks were surrounding) then when I asked them about it they said "don't worry, we'll put them back." They didn't put anything back when they left. <br /> <br /> Jeff (the owner) was super easy to work with when I could get ahold of him but he wasn't great at returning my calls or emails. (Asking when we could expect the fence to get started on) His wife was very easy to work with in the office too. If we had to do it again I'd still go with liberty. The fence looks great and the price was right.   <br />"
