"Wow!! Awesome job! They did a clean up of my front and backyards. A large portion was wooded with years of leaves. They cleaned out the leaves & dead trees and thinned out the smaller trees and brush. They also cleaned out and treated the weeds, sticker bushes and poison ivy. The yard and woods look amazing!!! "Engaged with Evolution drafting to get plans done for my sons home after it was damaged from the 2 hurricanes in Florida. We agreed on pricing and everything seemed great and we were close to finalizing the plans but the local city needed the plans signed and sealed. Evolution Drafting said they could provide this service for an additional cost of $1,100.00 which was paid on 3/20. They stated it should only take a few weeks to get done. Nothing ever was delivered and after numerous texts and emails, I was promised the final signed and sealed plans by 4/30. Well 4/30/2025 has come and gone and I still have not received our plans. Rueben has continued to stall me by stating he is trying to get these done ASAP. It has reached a point that I feel they are never going to get us the final plans as we have asked and paid for. Started out as a great experience but has turned into a nightmare for us and our son and his wife."

"I contracted them to install French drainage, irrigation and 27 pallets of sod. Install went well for the most part. There were no power to the pump for the irrigation for them to set the zones and functioning of the irrigation system. He told me to call once the electrical was completed and he would come out and complete. Alberto was paid in full for all work that was to be done which included returning to set the sprinklers. I've been calling him for 7 months and he's not returning calls to come complete the work he was already paid to do. Him and his crew was prompt and did good work otherwisw. Do not pay in full until thw work is complete."
