"On 8/14/20 NaturaLawn technician Robert Braun arrived to apply the third lawn fertilizer application for the year. Robert was very pleasant and efficient and even took the time to spot treat the few unavoidable weeds that had materialized since the last application. At the same time Robert arrived we had received a shipment from another company for a product that weighed over 160 pounds. When he noticed the shipping company technician would not bring the container into the house, Robert offered to do so for us! It was a beautiful act of kindness on his part and we are so grateful for his generosity. Our lawn is looking great with NaturaLawn. We fully intend to utilize NaturaLawn going forward and hope Robert continues to be assigned as our lawn technician.”"

If customers are not satisfied with their product, they can return the product within 30 days of receipt and before December 25. The product should be returned in new and unused-condition inside its original packaging with no writing on the outside of the box. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, less a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs. A credit will be issued to the customer upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item.
"I ordered a tree on sale for $649 last January. When it arrived I tested it and found that the top section (section #5 ) did not light. They said they would send a new top section. After many calls it arrived in October. I tested the tree again and found section #2 did not light. They agreed to send a replacement tree. Upon receipt of this replacement tree I found assorted branches that didnt light and half of section #2. I "cannibalized" tree #1 to complete #2 except for half of section #2. This resulted in tree #2 being lit except for half of its section #2. I emailed the co. and wanted to return both trees and get a credit on my credit card. I no longer called because the wait times were awful; one time I waited on hold for over an hour to speak to a rep. I said I have a "new" $649 tree that doesnt light completely and I have been working on this for too long. Where is their quality control? They indicated the policy was the tree had to be returned within 30 days to get a refund; how would that be possible?! Especially a tree bought on sale. They emailed me a troubleshooting list of approx. 8 things to do to see if I could fix the problem. I told them this was not in my or my husband;s "wheelhouse" and I was not going to hire a handyman at $40 an hour to see IF he could find the problem. I'm sorry I ordered from this company and hope to prevent anyone else having from the same frustrating experience."
