"I have had Benchmark clean my carpets for almost 30 years!! I have ALWAYS been satisfied but sometimes had to have them back because the stains â WICKEDâ up. They would come back and clean to my satisfaction. This past time I could see that the stains were not coming up so I told David ( remember carpets are almost 30 years old!) either to retreat or he might need to come back next week! He got down on his hands and knees and began to retreat and scrubb EVERY STAIN till it disappeared ( and they DID!) He could have just brushed it off, BUT he was also training a future employee and needed to set a GOOD EXAMPLE!! I applaud him and Benchmark for the dedication to the job and his integrity!!!!!I had them do TRAFFIC AREAS which is the hardest area to do. Dirt, tar, Grease, oil, paint stains, and with pre treatment and his â elbow greaseâ the carpet looks GREAT!!! I have MANY who have seen the stains or possibly been the cause and they have been blown away with the way the carpet looks after a clean!!! I recommend BENCHMARK to anyone who wants a TERRIFIC CLEANING JOB, along with reliable, , dependable and courteous and TRUSTWORTHY people to work for them!!
