"Dave is more than a contractor. He's a designer and an artist. I wanted something different and new compared to what you normally see going up currently.. He listenened, stuck with me and helped bring my vision to completion. It didn't cost more than hiring anyone else from bids. However, he made the picture in my head happen. The work is the highest quality I have encountered and I never had to ask or complain. All work was completed perfectly to my OCD standards the first time and he worked everyday. He took care each day, knowing I have dogs, fencing, parking needs, worked around the landscaping and most of all- Dave is a very kind, a highly communicative person to have around your property. I will be hiring him again for other projects he specializes in."

"Jason came in and walked through my rental with me. He found things that I overlooked. The subfloor in the bathroom was soft around the toilet due to a slow leak that must have been there forever!! Same issue in the laundry area. Tenants never notified me of the cold water dripping behind the washer. Jason completely gutted the subfloor in both locations, repaired all the walls of fist sized holes and installed new flooring, blinds, fixtures and painted the interior. I am so impressed with not only the quality of work or the great prices, but he has the greatest personality ever!! HeĆ¢ s a very easy man to talk to. He kept me aware of the progress and understood that the house sitting vacant just cost me more money. I felt as if he put me first before anything else and that really resonated with me. I will definitely be using him this summer for some exterior work"

Interior painting makes for a doable DIY project. You can save some money and get a real sense of accomplishment by doing this yourself. And, with the right prep work ā covering, taping and scraping ā itās fairly forgiving. But it takes a lot of time to move furniture, tape trim, prep the surface and cover your floor, let alone apply the actual paint. Instead, save yourself the time and hassle and find a local interior painter.
Leave exterior painting to the pros. Not only do you need to worry about the type and quality of the paint, youāll also likely need a ladder and considerably more prep work. Youāll likely need additional equipment like ladders, scaffolding and possibly a paint sprayer. Itās almost cheaper to just hire a pro. Talk to a local exterior house painter about your project.
