"Job was done well and on time. The old hedge was removed and chipped for disposal. The site was roto tilled with new top soil. Grab searched local nurseries for suitable plants. He rejected the first source as not being well formed and found plants  at another nursery outside the city which were of very good quality. These were planted in a straight line with good spacing. The planting site was then covered with bark dust to preserve moisture. The total job was done better than I had expected and I am completely happy with the result."

"EXCELLENT! Once again Jake (and his assistant - I didn't get his name! But he should also be commended!) came and we used the commercial high pressure drain cleaner and determined that the spot I thought was an outlet was not. So he suggested we cut a small hole in the drain at about what we guess was the middle and start attempting to clear the drain. He was concerned that the water would fill the culvert formed by the hill and the footing in which the drain tube resided. So he used cell phones to communicate with the asisstant who turned on and off the compressed water out at the curb. This ended up being the perfect system - but in fact the clearing process was fast enough not to add so much water that the area would get flooded. Remember , the drain clearing system Drain Away Rooter uses is high pressure, but low volume - perfect for these areas. Within a very short time it was clear that the drain was starting to .. um.. drain! and he took the time to clear the drain hose in the opposite direction - away from the drain hoses' eventual direction - the sidewalk - and towards it's terminal point, at the far end of the crawl space up against a tall concrete foot. By going back and forth, to the terminal point and reversing direction down in the direction of the sidewalk drain, he completely cleared up all the accrued mud inside the drain in mere minutes. The drain was completely clear from start to finish. A GREAT amount of peace of mind as this area has collected water and seeped into my basement in years past. However, now this flooding can NOT occur and every micron of my entire drain system in the house and yard are absolutely positively clear. Solving what I thought was an insurmountable problem was NOT THAT BAD! It's important to note that Drain Away Rooter's "CAN DO" attitude and willingness to listen to the customer made the difference between success and failure. It ended up not being difficult nor very expensive. It WAS highly effective. Thanks guys! I'd recommend them to ANYONE! Don't use the other fools! Drain Away Rooter solved the problem and in a friendly manner."
