"The job did not get done. Mr. Orozco presents as professional and knowledgeable. However, he does not keep appointments or is late without any notification. He gave us several start dates which he did not keep. I have serious doubts about his honesty. The day he was supposed to finally begin work he was an hour late without any notification. When I asked him why he didn’t call or text he told me he didn’t have my contact information and that his phone had broken. However he called me from his original phone number the week before. And he also called me the very same day from the same number. If he did not have my contact information how did he call me? I could not trust him. I fired him."

"Trevor did an excellent job cleaning our deck/patio areas (500SF of stamped concrete, 400 SF of Eon composite decking). Decking: 20 yrs old. Stamped concrete: 30 yrs old. He power washed the surfaces with a 2700 PSI power washer. Pwr washing removed the loose sealer, dirt, dust etc. He applied terracotta red & brown Quikcrete color product (Home Depot or Amazon). He also applied the brown Quikcrete product to highlight the grout lines which gives the appearance of flagstone. He followed with 2 coats of Behr sealer & applied 303 Aerospace Protectant (Amazon) to the Eon deck. The 303 Product really brings out the “oak color” & wood grain. Trevor also re-stained the Hot tub wood, wood bench, & vertical surfaces (posts, paneling etc). See the enclosed pics for details."
