"The process this year was more confusing. I had to text back and forth 5 times to finally get things set up. I'm pretty sure this is the company I hired,but and the lawn power's name is Colin, which is mentioned in another review. He did show up when scheduled. The job done was so so. He did the primary part, especially the backyard ok, but when I mentioned he would need to take care around an unburied cable, he took about a 5 foot detour around it and didn't do anything with the areas that had .ore weeds. I didn't expect perfection, and told him so,but at least taking a buzz over those areas that are less than perfect . I could deal with all that. However, he initially told me it would be $45 per mower. The cost was then $55. When he came the 2nd time, he told me it was $60. I repeated these numbers, and the fact I didn't believe he had a riding mower, so that was a ruse. I paid him right then so he didn't need to come find me and let him know i don't need his service any longer. "
