"They are fast and cheap! But they are not trained. They?ll take no measures to avoid permanent damage. They contacted me via text message within an hour of May posting to Angi. They arrived an hour after that. They charged $125 to move a sofa down one flight of stairs. Then they offered to take it away for another $75. They scraped the side of the wall on the staircase. The gouge is about the depth and length of a pencil: about half an inch deep and 8 inches long in the drywall. I?ll need to use spackle to fix it. To repaint it without any noticeable mark, I?ll need to hire a painter to paint the entire stairwell. That will cost a lot more money than I would saved by not hiring a professional mover."

"123Junk was awesome!!! Very professional and kind. We had all our stuff in the garage ready for them so it was easy and we got a 10% discount for having it all ready for them in the garage. Nice surprise for sure. I highly recommend. We are actually using them again this week to clean out our whole townhouse of items we want donated, and trash. So I’ll let you know how that goes. So far highly recommended. They also call when they are on their way which is a great heads up."
