"I contacted High Quality Painting LLC to repaint my fence after severely neglecting it for many years. Most of the paint was already stripped or peeling away, and had been for years, so there was significant damage to the wood as well. They were very confident about identifying the damaged boards and replacing them as well. When they got started, they found quite a few more damaged boards, and ultimately replaced more than what was quoted at no charge. They also recommended I get the fence stained instead of repainted, which is something I had not considered, and am very glad they pointed me in that direction because I think it will help prevent many of the problems I had in the future and be much easier to maintain. The workers were professional and willing to show up on incredibly hot days in between the rainy days to get the work done. I brought up another issue with the gate of the fence rubbing when opened, and that was also fixed at no charge which I appreciated."

"George came out right away and gave us a reasonable estimate the same night.  Painting was set up for the next week.  Antonio and his brothers came first thing in the morning and were very professional and helpful.  They covered everything and started right away to fix and prime the rooms.  They painted 2 coats on the walls and everything looks great.  They cleaned up and replaced the furniture and blinds for us.  All work was done the same day and looks great.  We had very little clean up to do and we would recommend them highly.

Many painters were not open to both the wood repairs and the painting project, and Anthony was confident in the solutions he recommended and willing to stand by a firm quote. They completed the prep, painting, and the complex wood repairs well. They replaced a large section of siding, which was the most economical and best solution for the areas of deteriorated siding, and left the home looking great. They replaced part of one window sill on an older window, a whole area of siding, and trim and fascia on my porch. Upon removal of the rotted fascia, they found another rotted wood behind, and were able to fix that as well at a reasonable cost. The painting prep and painting was done with attention to detail. They also made a point to leave me with extra paint in case I needed in the future. "I had Dann come out and give me an estimate, along with another painter who was recommended to me. Dann was professional, friendly, and his estimate was significantly less than the other guy so my decision was simple. Dann not only did a fantastic job of painting my home, but he was so incredibly nice and accommodating. I had just moved into my new home and was doing a lot of remodeling. Part of his job was painting new doors that I had ordered and the doors arrived several days late. He had to adjust his order of completing things and did it without complaint. I also had to put his job temporarily on hold mid-way through completion for a couple weeks because my one-year-old had to have surgery. I'm sure that was a huge inconvenience for Dann but he was so understanding and agreed to come back when things settled down for us. I am a particular person and any time I pointed out something small for him to correct he agreed with me and fixed it without question. Dann never made me feel bad for any request or setback.
