Long duration projects (over 30 days) requires a 50% good faith payment prior to project commencement, with 25%/ ¼ payment due at seventy-five percent completion and the remainder 25%/ ¼ due on project completion and acceptance.

We maintain 4 crews and a full time staffed office to answer inquiries. We have 12-20 employees and subcontract for plumbing, electric, HVAC, painting, insulation, and gypsum board. We do not accept credit or debit cards but take other forms of payment. We send out billings about the 10th of each month and expect payment within 20 days. Terms are 12% per annum on all amounts 20 days past due.
