"Donâ t waste your time and money on Greener Living. I had been a fairly happy Greener Living customer for just over two years. Early on there were issues - they were annoying but manageable. Over time, the frequency and intensity of the issues became unbearable. The Greener Living technicians and management failed to provide the â professionalâ part of a â paid professional service.â I began documenting and itemizing the issues. Here is what I saw: 1) Technicians failing to read gate codes from my account "notes" resulting in skipped/delayed services 2) Technicians not adequately using enough product on service 3) Technicians damaging sprinkler heads - two years in a row - with the aerator, despite me having flagged them with bright yellow flags 4) Too many pushy "sales" phone calls 5) Technicians using the wrong products and staining my property For all of these issues, I had to reach out and insist that some resolution be provided - it was not the default response. I eventually started communicating directly with Brian Mason (Owner & General Manager per his email signature). I gave them a couple opportunities to make it right and they failed. I eventually asked for a refund. Brian sent an email saying the refund would be processed and sent his apologies. The trouble is, at the time of writing this, it has been 19 days since â processingâ that refund and despite attempting to contact them twice since then there has been no refund. Stay away from Greener Living - they donâ t care about you, your property, or your business. They just want your money."

"I hired these people to do my backyard and paver. They did an excellent job doing it. When something doesn’t look right to them, they fixed it for free! This is what I call a good service. The price was reasonable and affordable, it’s better than other deals I’ve seen. Their service goes beyond five-stars. If there was a higher option, I would give it ten-stars! The finished product looked, Clean, Beautiful, and they really put a lot of effort into my backyard. Now when I glance at my backyard, it looked much better than before. I would definitely recommend their service."

"Let me start by saying thank you so much to Lino and his crew! I am sorry it took awhile to post my review. The front of my house was a hot mess with overgrown evergreen bushes, weeds and little trees popping up all over. Lino was very prompt and called me back right away. He was able to come out that afternoon for a quote. By that Saturday they were at my house working. What a fabulous job they did! They shaped and trimmed down the bushes, pulled all weeds and other shrubs that were growing in between them. Paid attention to leave the actual plants that I wanted to remain. I had tree cut down and another with all the dead branches removed. The clean up as well was wonderful. They edged the walkway that goes up to house, removed all debris and even sprayed so the weeds would not return. Lino made sure that before they left that everything met my expectations and I was satisfied. They quoted me a good price for all the work that was done. I will definitely be reaching out to him again in the future. Thanks again guys for all your hard work!"

"It went extremely well. All the shrubs were removed and replaced within about 4 hours. I had assumed it would be a 2 day job or at least all day. We were very pleased with the completion time. Roberto contacted us immediately and scheduled an appointment. He gave great suggestions, things we would have never thought of. We love the natural stone that he added instead of the standard paver blocks that you see everywhere. It's very unique. He suggested bushes for privacy and an assortment of flowers for color, all of which we're happy with. They were very prompt and cleaned up afterwards. We'll definitely contact them for our next landscaping project."
