"We had multiple trees removed from our properties and we chose CS Tree Services because of their prior work for us a few years ago and their reasonable price. They used grapple crane to remove old tall pines from the backyard and the work was done extremely efficient. We are quite pleased with the neat work, pleasant interaction with the crew members and especially amazed with the equipment/machines. Their A300 pruning service was excellent not only in the artistic point of view especially for our willow oak on our front yard, but also in clearing the tree structure and the space between tree and house. They also accommodated our additional request for clearing the Leyland Cypress trees along the yard free of charge for which we are thankful. They did very deep grinding of tree stumps and so neat that we can hardly recognized the spot where we had a dead old prune tree along the curbside. We will definitely request their service again if we have more trees to be removed and pruned."

But my bill reflected 10,000 square feet of service. When I called to question this, they didn't seem to care and I canceled my account. Then I got a p*****-off call from the guy who serviced my lawn (which I did not request), trying to justify the lack of work done on my property. I am still waiting on a call from the 'office manager' about making this right, but I doubt that will come. Attached is an image from the untreated portion of the property, that was nice green grass a year ago (and 1,500 bucks ago) and now it's not doing so well, I wonder what it would have looked like had it been properly serviced!!!"
