"I have a service agreement with them. They come out depending on what they are doing. They come out in June and August. They also come out in the Fall. They might come out every other month. I don't have any grubs. I don't have them aerate the grass. The cost is comparable. It's a little bit more, but I am more satisfied than other companies I have used. It's a little bit more expensive. The quality of the work is good. Most of the time I am not here. They will leave me a note on the door to let me know. They also call to let me know. They tell me they are coming on a Monday, and will then leave a bag telling me what they did when they were here. I will keep using them as long as they don't rectify if I have any problems. So far the grass is green. I have other issues with the side, but that's another story."

"Eric came out to do an estimate within a day or two of our calling.  We had the written estimate within two days after that.  Their estimate was much lower than the other estimate we obtained.  They showed up on time on the date given and installed the entire system with minimal disturbance to our yard.  The workmen were very friendly, courteous and professional.  They thouroughly explained how to operate the system before they left.  When someone drove over a sprinkler head within the first week and broke it, they came out the next day and moved the heads backs and did the repair.  We were very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend them.

I was getting a little concerned when a couple of weeks went by and I just didn't get any follow ups but Kevin was out of town and we had a lot of rain so there was no whole lot of anybody could do until things dried up a bit so now they're on their way. They really haven't done a thing in that proposal yet, they're just looking so I'm sure that'll be great because they tell me it's going to be fine. We thought it was a little high but we'd done these things before so we knew they have been in business for many years in the area and they're got a good reputation and they were close, that's the real plus when is an issue pops out.
