"The design process with Timothy was very pleasant and professional.  He provided choices for plantings and helped me select the most appropriate.  There was a long wait for implementation, which was not unexpected.  An implementation date was finally given but nobody showed up, and nobody responded to my phone calls.  Eventually Timothy emailed me and apologized for the problems.  Work finally began several days later.  The crew, headed by Brandon, did an excellent job.  However, they were often delayed waiting for material or equipment to be delivered. <br />"

"<p>Waltrip's website is excellent for depicting the numerous varieties of mulch - I don't think anyone in the area can come close to their variety. Why pay a thrid party to load, haul, and manually apply, when you can get such reasonably priced service (with sufficient minimum order). I DO have an above average sized yard (1.3 acres) with numerous beds. </p> One competitor quoted roughly 4x this price for same work. <br /> Will return to Waltrip again when needed. You need large scale to make it economical (or perhaps neighbors can go in together). <br />"

"They cut one of the wrong trees down and left one that should have been cut down.  When I contacted him about it he said that the tree that he did cut down was infested w/ ants.  One of the trees he topped off should have been topped off lower and evenly. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The fertilizer didn't seem to do anything.  The fence line is still growing like crazy. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I probably would not recommend him for service. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"

"I had installed the new kitchen faucet and the new shut off valve for the hot water, but I couldn't stop the leak in the cold water shut off valve. <br /> I called Matt Owens (of Oand B) and told him what was going on. He told me what I could do to fix the problem, but by that time I had enough of being a contortionist under my sink. He said they would fix it for me after another job they were going to. They came by in about 1/2 hour, figured what they needed, purchased it, and then returned and repaired the cold water shut off valve. <br /> It was so good to know great folks that would come quickly and fix things the right way. <br />"
