John was professional and very knowledgeable, not to mention efficient as a quote was provided on the spot. They also offered a competitive warranty. John is an excellent salesman but did not try to force me into selecting his company. I interviewed a few other companies over a 4 week span and Docherty roofing still remained the most impressive. I provided the deposit and shortly after, the dumpster was delivered and they began working on my roof. Johnâ s team was also wonderful at keeping me informed and cleaning up after the job was done. They even blew away the leaves in my yard! I waited a bit to write this review and so far I have not experienced any leaks from my roof. A+ experience. "Moreno’s Roofing and Construction was very professional and produces quality work. They came out and gave us a free estimate on our 18 year-old roof for full replacement. They came out and completed the roofing and gutter job about a week later. I am very pleased with their work. Sharon was extremely helpful during the process and answered any questions that we had. In the future I would not hesitate to call them to perform more work on our home. Grade- A service and work!"

"The install of the roof and gutters was amazing. Everything else was pretty awful. The sales guy didn’t clearly convey all the various options so we’re left feeling we had only one option therefore feeling overpaid for everything and the loan pay work was done wrong. We also were never given an itemized invoice of the cost of the materials and labor costs which is commonplace for contractors and illegal to not provide. The sales experience was extremely predatory. The scheduler didn’t plan appropriately so our materials were delayed and the gutters weren’t installed on time but a week later. We were promised they’d thoroughly clean our property after and yet there was trash and nails left everywhere as a hazard to our child. Also promised to have lots of pictures of the progress and that didn’t happen. We were severely up charged an extra 700$ for more materials day of the install even though it wasn’t needed. The project manager only managed interactions with us well but not with his team clearly because every aspect of this was poorly handled. If you want a roof replacement done well and quickly, definitely choose HGE but be cautious because they have left us feeling scammed for over promising and under delivering."

"After initial contact, the contractor was at my home within a few hours. The contractor gave me an estimate after performing an onsite inspection. Estimated included some metal trim work and new front Window shutters. The contractor was at my home within two days and completed removal of the old roof and installation of the new in two days. All shingles were hand nailed trash was removed as the work progressed. I was very pleased with the overall quality and professionalism of the contractor."
