"I was very surprised at how expensive it would be to paint my condo since the square footage was only 1,199. The living room had cathedral ceilings and there were some dark colors used from the previous owner. I was told because of the dark colors and high ceiling, it would take several coats of paint to cover it and a primer would have to be used. I also wanted to use Benjamin Moore, which I know is more expensive. I needed to have it painted right away. I decided to have the job done by PM Quality painting because they were very professional and I had read the reviews. It went very well. I was told it would be finished in 3 or 4 days, but it was finished in two days because they had extra help. I was extremely happy with the outcome. There were no issues and the cleanup was terrific. They took the extra time to do the caulking where it was needed and to patch up any holes in the wall. It was expensive, but it was worth it. I would definitely recommend them again."

"Tim and Shar did such a great job last spring painting and installing a chair rail on my entire second floor that I decided to take Tim's suggestion, that crown molding would complete the picture. I had them back and WOW.....was he right !!! They had the whole job done in a day and a half too!! It looks fabulous. Like I said before. "Hector and his crew were fantastic and highly professional. I started with hiring his team to paint a hallway, but he did such a maticulous job that I decided to use him for a variety of other things including painting our bedroom, and then our living room. His team is always neat and tidy leaving no trace once they are finished, and they even accomodated for our two dogs. I have a before and after photo of a big crack in my wall foundation that he made dissapear in my hallway and it is truly unbelieveable. I am in the process of hiring him again to do our external painting, he is truly reliable and genuinely a great guy to work with. I highly recommend Hector and even referred him to my (real estate property owning) father who now uses him as his primary painter."

"The Grand Crew Contracting did a wonderful job painting my living room and dining room. It wasn't painted in 7 years and they made it look brand new again. The painting job was better than what I expected. They did an amazing job putting everything back in place, was very respectful while doing it, and the place was even cleaner than before. "I cannot put into words how pleasant my experience was with John and Anna. As long as I am living in this home there will never be another contractor to complete work in my home. It was the single best experience I ever had hiring a contractor since living in PA. 1) Cleanliness- if not for his tools and equipment, you would never know he that John was there. He is EXTREMELY organized and neat, and very meticulous about how he cleans after himself. 2) Reliability- So many contractors either show up when they feel like it or treats your job like it’s not a priority because of other commitments. John was at our home like clockwork, on time everyday, and did not leave until the work was completed. We never had to worry about if he was coming, or, if he would work for 2 or 3 hours and then go home. He worked hard, communicated, and stayed engaged until the job was complete. 3) Technical Competency- When my wife and I bought our home in 2016, our children were 4 and 5 years of age. They absolutely destroyed our walls with fingerprints, dirt, grease, holes, and we also had settling cracks in the ceilings and walls. By the time John got finished with them our home looked brand new! The walls looked perfect and we instantly went from ashy to classy! What started out as a 1900 dollar project almost doubled because he was so good that we decided to let him do almost everything that needed to be done. John has a natural talent!! 4) Professionalism- John and Anna were so polite, patient and always respectful of our home and our concerns. John took personal pride in the work he was doing as if it was his home and if he didn’t like something, he did it again. If all else fails, I typed this whole review up from my iPhone lol!!!! That is how impressed my wife and I were with their work. I take comfort in knowing that we have found a contractor that has set the bar as far as expectations when hiring a professional!"
