"Excellent job. Hew's Carpet Care (Hugh) stopped by to work on our large master bedroom carpet which had developed some small humps / folds over the years since installation. Hugh was prompt in getting ahold of me through Angi's shortly after I submitted the request. . He stopped by and provided the quote and work at the same time. Hugh is very knowledgeable, experienced, personable and "old school" in his work. He doesn't cut corners and explains issues as he's moving through the process. Very satisfied with his work. Highly recommend!"

The team who did the assessment was thorough and the quote we received was honest, detailed and comparatively competitive to other contractors. The entire team has appropriate certifications in mold removal. I wish we’d gone with them for the mold removal initially as well- we had an unsatisfactory experience with another mold removal company but we had ERS add on safety cleaning measures and they were. "They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

"Honestly - Ayoub Carpet Service is AMAZING!!! Both the person giving the estimate and the technicians who did the actual cleaning arrived on time and were friendly and professional. I truly am astonished at how clean they managed to get my (very, very dirty!) carpet!!! Willy and Jamie managed to get out years of grime and stains well beyond my wildest expectation. I have been so embarrassed of how bad my carpet looked I didn't want to invite anyone into my home. Now it looks almost as good as it did before 12 years of wear and tear (including a 135 lb dog going in and out the back door right onto this carpet)! Honestly wished I had called them years ago... I found dust on the baseboards, stains still on the counters, and the floors looked like they hadn't even been mopped.
