IF YOU DO UTILIZE THEIR SERVICE(S), YOU NEED TO BE HOME WHILE THE SERVICES ARE BEING PERFORMED & YOU NEED TO BE READY & ABLE TO CHECK THE WORK THAT YOU PAID THEM TO PERFORM. YOUR BEST BET IS TO USE A DRONE TO TAKE PICTURES & VIDEO SO YOU DON?T HURT YOURSELDF WHILE INSPECTING THEIR WORK. The 1st time the workers came by to clean the gutters, they were @ our home for 30 minutes. The 2nd time they were there for 32 minutes. Each time the job wasn't completed per the contract. Let's see if they can complete the job on their 3rd visit. Pay the extra money & go with another company."

"Please do not use them. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business. Customer service is a foreign concept for them. They are impossible to reach and lack basic communication skills/courtesy. I had to cancel my service b/c they would not respond promptly except to send you an invoice. It took me almost 3 months to get a refund. They would give me a lame excuse that the "mail carrier is slow" or just not respond. When you call the office, you get someone, but they claim nobody is in to take the call. Of course, when you are trying to sign a contract with them, they are super quick and responsive. The minute Amy Rojas is involved, you may as well give up. She is rude and non-responsive. Happy to share the countless emails and calls I have made in the past. The really sad thing is that the techs who do the work are actually ok; it's the office staff that make them so horrible."
