He explained that Ameren usually responds within a day or two, but with the risk to the neighbor’s fence and the stress it was causing, we went ahead. They took care of it fast, and it was like the tree was never there. He kept me updated with photos and videos, which I appreciated since I’m in Florida and my parents don’t speak English well. Amazing communication, super respectful, and fast service. Highly recommend!"
