"Andy did our driveway almost 2 years ago. When he finished it I asked if there was a warranty on the driveway. He said if anything happened within 2 years to give him a call and he would come out and look at it. I unfortunately did not get anything in writing. I started to notice fine cracks in the driveway early this spring. I called Andy and he said he would come over and look at it. He never showed up. I called again about 3 weeks later. Again he said he would come over to look at it. He never showed up. I, I've called him 3 more times since then. Calls go straight to voicemail and he has not responded. It's a shame his customer service ended once I handed him the check. If anyone decides to use his company, be sure to get a warranty in writing, because an oral warranty does not mean anything to Andy. Instead, just use another company."
