For projects up to $500, payment for services due on completion of project. Projects >$500 require downpayment and remainder due on completion of project. QPM will work with potential clients who would like to invest sweat equity in their project(s). QPM is LICENSED w/Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor Certification and INSURED. Solid references are available to potential clients. I officially started my LLC company in 2012 but have been performing handyman projects for 20+ years.
