"Chris and his employee Craig did an excellent job. I originally got the quote in the Spring of 2014 and didn't get around to scheduling the job until Summer 2015. Chris was just as responsive the second time I contacted him and updated my bid within a week after we went over the house and discussed my plans for it. Chris had helpful suggestions, and I'm glad I listened to his ideas. <br /> The exterior of my house had not been taken good care of in a long time. Paint was peeling everywhere, and it was evident the last paint job was over a decade old and hadn't been well done in the first place. I'm very happy with the amount of time Chris and Craig spent prepping, scraping, caulking, and priming. It looks like a new house, and I expect the paint job to hold up well. <br /> Lastly, I got three or four quotes, and Chris's was right in the middle, price-wise. "The work performed by Premier Exteriors was extensive. This was a 25 x 12 composite covered deck. Jim and the crew are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and incredible at what they do. We went from a simple unusable 10 x 12 deck to a design that is more of a living space than a simple deck. The crew was great at communicating and completing based on our schedule. The only issue was that the weather didn't always cooperate and we did delay waiting on inspections. No-fault of Premier. May take a bit to get started due to their busy schedule, but that just shows that their services are sought after. Be patient and you will love your new addition."

"Dan and Geoff and the best. We were nervous about the scale of our project but they bid well, accurately, and did an amazing job. We had several contractors walk through and easily half of them just said no to the project. Our timing was tight and the work was tricky enough that it scared some off. This wasn't a simple and quot;mask and blastand quot; or and quot;speed rolland quot; job at all. For example, one window alone had 84 individual panes of antique glass to mask before painting. The wood was in decent enough shape for being 120+ years old but they made it clean and correct with a perfect edge from paint to glass. The windows still open properly to boot. That's just one example – there were over a dozen windows. The entryway was a massive pain in the rear I bet: tons of old stained wood in varying degrees of condition. Now it looks almost new yet retains that old school character. We love Dan and Geoff's work and will be asking them to continue painting our home as time goes on. <br />"
