"Ron came out and provided an estimate. The date came and he was a no show. I reached out and he explained he was having family problems. I agreed to push the date a few days. The night before the install, I texted to confirm and was told the carpet I ordered 45 days before wasn't in stock due to a warehouse inventory snafu and that it would be another fifteen days! This guy's service is just lousy. I didn't trust him enough to keep going and canceled the install."
