They came out a few days later and added it but they used incandescent lights on that part instead of LED lights and they had a section that didn't work. So, we had to call again and wait a few more days to get that section changed. It is still incandescent, but at least they are all up and working now. At this price point, I expected higher attention to details."

"Tom from Synergy did the bid for under cabinet lighting install, however sent someone else to do the job. Originally discussed with Tom that he would use a regular converter box inside the cabinet and place a dimmer switch on the wall, but the other guy he sent wasn't aware of this and placed the dimmer converter in the cabinet. This has resulted in us having to use the dimmer switch inside the cabinet instead of on a wall switch -- not what I requested. Also, I discussed with Tom installing an additional outlet in our kitchen during the bid process. After he left I noticed he did not include that on the written bid. The guy he sent didn't know about it either. The outlet was installed however. Overall, I was charged $95 additional over the bid and didn't get exactly what I wanted in regard to the dimmer switch for under cabinet lighting. Both electricians were very nice and professional, but there was definitely a communication problem in regard to the installation of the under cabinet lighting. Perhaps I should have clarified the issue more strongly, or perhaps I didn't understand. Either way, I'm happy with the lighting overall, but not 100%."

"I was attracted to Kelly's work because of the high quality of the flowers shown on her website.  In fact, she used very lush, rich, dense vintage roses, peonies, anemones, As a gardener, I appreciate the color and texture of heirloom roses.  They look and smell wonderful, and they photograph beautifully.  Kelly offered more service than I expected.  She and her crew drove the hotel and brought bouquets and boutonnieres to the bride, the groom, the brides maids and the groomsmen so they could have their photographs taken while they were getting ready. Kelly then drove to the church and set up the flowers right on time, and they looked great.  The she drove over to the planetarium and set out 22 centerpieces on the dinner tables.  Each centerpiece was filled with beautiful deep red roses, surrounded by soft LED lights.  Very reliable and professional service. <br /> <br />"

When we bought the house, the seller's (a professional house flipping/restoring company) said it was going to take weeks/months to figure out how to get the outdoor lamp posts working and this was going to push back the closing date which was unacceptable to us. So, we hired Jeff Mitchell Lighting and within an hour he had the issue(s) diagnosed and had it fixed shortly after. The lights look great now. He also gave me quite a few options for various issues like what lights we can use, how to switch/control the lights, etc."
