They took their time carefully moving as much furniture as possible (all but the piano and master bed). One wool carpet had a spot with tar in it that they were able to completely remove. The fabric furniture was done slowly and carefully, including all related pillows. The leather furniture was cleaned by hand, and felt much softer afterwards."
