"Great service and very responsive."

"Pure Restoration does it all and does it all to perfection. Tommy is smart, creative, artistic, and honest. He knows how to push through insurance claims when the denials start rolling in. He knows how to solve problems. Most importantly, he is a good person with good intentions. He understands the way of our world where quality work and customer care matter. Pure Restoration basically reconstructed my home after a horrible combination of fire and water damage. I am married with two small kids and uprooting us from our home was stressful, but Tommy did not add to the stress. In fact, his demeanor is naturally calming, he naturally cares about people, and he tries to instill good vibes. Also, the office is always there. They are one email away. The crew is also the most trustworthy crew that I can imagine. All in all, they are a model company."

"We hired Michael and his company, Northgate Development to repair an old deck in our backyard. It soon became obvious that the deck was not salvageable. After discussing it with Michael he gave us several options - replacing all the deck boards with redwood or with Trex deck boards. He was very patient in explaining the pros and cons of each option and the prices involved. In the end we decided to go with Trex. His installation of the deck with new supports and water proofing was beyond what I thought he would do. His employee Angel craftsmanship was excellent. When I identified a problem with one of the deck boards, he replaced it without problem. In the end, we spent more than we had budgeted but we are really happy with the results. If you need deck work, I recommend hiring Michael and his team."

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"

"This was an unusual exposed balcony floor refurbishment, requiring special skills, quality materials, complete water-proofing and final color. Rick was competent and thorough and did a great job over the holidays and just in time for the rains. Thanks, Rick! If I need more such work I will call R.Moat Construction !"

"Excellent! Insurance repair. Nick helped guide us through the HOA and insurance process. He’s very knowledgeable. Due to the damage from a burst pipe, the entire first floor needed to be repaired. Nick and staff were great. Over a year later, we are still pleased with the esthetic and function. Would highly recommend. Thanks Nick!"

"Brett has been amazing in helping us through this process. We are using his service through our insurance claim. He has been fantastic so far in guiding us and we look forward to his work on this project."

"They responded to my request promptly and followed through with the necessary treatment and repair of minor dry rot and termite damage within the week. Excellent work, and accommodation to my request for pictures in the attic to verify there was no further termite activity."

"Ari and his team were great!! Ari was the first to call back when I listed a need on Angi. He was obviously experienced and knew exactly what needed to be done. We had multiple projects.. his team was always on time, worked efficiently and were tidy. They repaired damaged wood, fixed and repainted the ceiling in two places, repainted the outside house trim, sealed cracked areas and even hung up a mirror. Definitely would recommend to others!"
