"Scott did a great job! Came on time, called on his way, quickly diagnosed the problem with my dryer, fixed it fast while also allowing me to pester him with questions about what he was doing and why, and gave me a lower than expected bill. At my request, he also ordered replacements for some worn parts and came back next week to replace them also, but reassembled the dryer in between so we could use it, and did not charge for the 2nd house call. Even refused the $40 tip I offered, since he's the owner of the one-man company. Very professional! I've also used Scott for stove and refrigerator repair. He never disappoints. I'd recommend him to anyone. --Fred"

"Used AJ Perri in past satisfactorily but now... Furnace checkup rattling sound, tech said was due to inducer fan motor needs replacing (ball bearings). Signed agreement for $2,300, they were going to order a replacement, paid $1,175 deposit. Cancelled work before the tech left as we were going to have it done later - also looked up the cost of said motor on the manufacturer web site only $209! Billing department unavailable to have the "pending" charge removed from checking acct. Found cancellation form in paperwork, only includes mailing address with a 3 day only grace period (?). Unable to fax form as a fax # (on a different form only) just rings & rings. Had to scan and email form to general "info" address. Unable to get through to billing dept, never available. Given direct phone # for said dept which gives a recording "voice mailbox not set up" then disconnects. Homeowner fixed all rattling noises for $0 - was only loose screw inside fan motor mounting bracket. Not refunded yet."
