"We contacted Preemo Painting in early fall of 2020. We received a very reasonable estimate, and were told that the work could not be done before winter, but they would do some temporary fixes to protect our home. Also, they guarantee all work as long as you stick to a 5 year repaint schedule. Preemo started the work on March 28th and finished on April 3rd. All of the people who worked at our home were very considerate of us working inside our home, and they were all very knowledgeable and professional. The work they did was fantastic, and we are extremely happy with the results. Every area was repaired, including newly discovered problems we did not know about in the fall. The color was matched perfectly, and everything looks great. We wholeheartedly recommend Preemo Painting, and certainly plan on using them again in 5 years."

"Anthony and team did a superb job. Many painters were not open to both the wood repairs and the painting project, and Anthony was confident in the solutions he recommended and willing to stand by a firm quote. They completed the prep, painting, and the complex wood repairs well. They replaced a large section of siding, which was the most economical and best solution for the areas of deteriorated siding, and left the home looking great. They replaced part of one window sill on an older window, a whole area of siding, and trim and fascia on my porch. Upon removal of the rotted fascia, they found another rotted wood behind, and were able to fix that as well at a reasonable cost. The painting prep and painting was done with attention to detail. They also made a point to leave me with extra paint in case I needed in the future. He power washed old stain off, fixed and repaired bad and rotten wood, re-stained the desk. Angel was always responsive to my questions, and followed through on everything he said he would, and when. Customer satisfaction is very important to him, and it shows in the way he conducts his business. His entire crew are some of the hardest-working people I've seen in a long time. They all did excellent work, whether it was painting or installing our flooring. They had to remove all carpeting, first, and cleaned everything from the concrete floor before installing laminate. "I had Dann come out and give me an estimate, along with another painter who was recommended to me. Dann was professional, friendly, and his estimate was significantly less than the other guy so my decision was simple. Dann not only did a fantastic job of painting my home, but he was so incredibly nice and accommodating. I had just moved into my new home and was doing a lot of remodeling. Part of his job was painting new doors that I had ordered and the doors arrived several days late. He had to adjust his order of completing things and did it without complaint. I also had to put his job temporarily on hold mid-way through completion for a couple weeks because my one-year-old had to have surgery. I'm sure that was a huge inconvenience for Dann but he was so understanding and agreed to come back when things settled down for us. I am a particular person and any time I pointed out something small for him to correct he agreed with me and fixed it without question. Dann never made me feel bad for any request or setback.
