"This company is a one man show. Provider is very unprofessional and unethical. He stated that there was no warranty on an icemaker that he installed. Don't use this person you will have definite regrets! Provider checked my icemaker that was not working properly. Provider stated that it needed to be replaced. Provider went to pick up an icemaker and stated the cost of 215.00. When provider came back the icemaker was operating. I told the provider that the ice maker was working and provider stated that the ice tray was dirty and peeling and still needed to be replaced. I questioned the provider about replacing the icemaker as it only looked stained from the hard water in our house. The provider insisted that it was peeling and needed to be replaced. Hesitantly, I allowed provider to replace the icemaker. I had texted the provider and asked him to provide a warranty for the icemaker and labor. I received no reply via text. I resent the text on Friday March 01 and the provider replied that he sent the information. I checked my email and the provider resent the invoice and added that there was no warranty on the icemaker and the labor was 30 days. I texted the provider and asked who the manufacturer was and their contact information. He texted back Tribles Appliance. I called Tribles Appliance in Rockville, MD and was told that all parts have a one year warranty. At this point I knew the provider was lying and did not want to deal with him at all."

During the project, questions were answered and the onsite team was very responsive to our wishes, even being creative to ensure our needs were addressed. "Corey was very prompt in responding to my request for an estimate. After getting three other estimates, Corey's estimate was a fair price--the best price for the most work I requested. He was very professional. His crew who poured the concrete were hardworking and very courteous and professional. After the concrete was poured and set up, his uncle came by and cut the stress relief cuts in the concrete. I was worried about how this would go. He was a perfectionist at placing the cuts. The driveway and sidewalk look beautiful. Next, one of Corey's long time associates came by and put in two stairway railings. They were authentic wrought iron railings that he painted black. He was so nice, extremely good and very professional. The whole job has improved that side of my house 1000%. I can't express how pleased and extremely satisfied I am with PVI Group and especially Corey. He finished the job Sunday morning by putting a seal coat on the finished concrete. Thank you for a fair price for an excellent high quality driveway, sidewalk and railings. I highly recommend Corey and his company. Bravo!"

"Our family home has always been clean and functional but after thirty years it had become more a picture postcard from the 1980’s than the warm inviting image we had in our mind. It was obviously time to update. Unfortunately, after talking with numerous contractors, it seemed we would have to reduce our expectations or spend more than we had budgeted to afford remodeling our “dining room, living room, kitchen” (and eventually bathrooms too!) project. While pondering our next move a family friend told us they recently had Rohan remodel their kitchen/living space and it looked great and was, they thought, affordable. His proposal/estimate covered all our wants and needs while fitting within our budget. The job was a total re-do and from floors to walls to counters to cabinets to plumbing to electrics and all were handled by Rohan and his team with time honed skill. The work was done in a timely fashion without ever leaving us wondering where people were or what they were going to be doing each step of the way. Every eventual ‘architectural surprise’ was met with candor, budgeted creativity and a hearty “no problem!” In the end our home was transformed ergonomically, aesthetically and affordably into a beautiful space where family and friends gather in happiness and in harmony with their surroundings. "I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent plumbing service I received from Len the Plumber. I paid nearly $300 for a technician to come out for 5 minutes, put a snake in the drain and leave.., yet it is now going on day three and the problem still has not been fixed. Two techs have been out to my home. I find this completely unacceptable. When a customer pays for professional service, they should not be left without a functioning toilet for days. I hoped for timely, effective, and professional service, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this level of service does not reflect the reputation your company advertises. I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you. "It is my pleasure to review DMV kitchen and bath. They did an outstanding job from conception through to the last details in finishing an extensive series of renovations - complete kitchen tear-down and renovation, master bathroom and closet teardown and renovation, two bathroom complete retiling/renovation, building two new rooms out of a very large basement, and replacing two forced air HVAC systems - they managed all aspects including proper construction permits. They did high-quality work at a very good price. They did an outstanding job with the work, with high attention to detail. Their communication was very strong from beginning to finish, their initial plan recommendations were excellent, they made several recommendations to not only make the job better, but also make it more cost effective along the way. They were reliable and consistent, and very genuine, "real" people. I have to imagine there will be very high demand for their services. I can’t recommend highly enough.
