As a customer enrolled in your Unlimited Service Plan, I expect timely communication, reliability, and a basic level of professionalism. Unfortunately, today?s experience fell well below those expectations. The service provided was inadequate, and the lack of follow-through and responsiveness was unacceptable?especially for a customer paying for a premium plan that is advertised as offering priority care and peace of mind. Being on the Unlimited Plan was a key factor in my decision to continue doing business with your company. Experiences like this call that decision into question. I did not feel valued as a customer, nor did I receive the level of service your company promotes. I would appreciate a follow-up to discuss this matter and understand how you intend to resolve it. "

Roger Summers Lawn Care started initially when Roger was 15 years old. Roger's mother would drop him off at his customers with a push mower and come back to pick him up when he was done. \n\nAfter Roger graduated high school he purchased his first truck and continued growing his business. \n\nToday we have the capabilities of completing a small residential tree pruning job to one of our biggest jobs which was clearing a thirty acre proposed development site. \n\nOur lawn mowing capabilities range from one acre to fifteen acres and we handle residential and commercial snow removal as well. \n\nCall us today for a free estimate!
