"Mark was super pleasant to deal with, I reached out to him on a Thursday afternoon and he completely explained the process and requested that I send him some pics of the stumps to be removed and he would give me an estimate. I forwarded the pics to him on Friday, he gave me a more than fair price. Even the company that took the trees down gave me a separate price to removed the stumps and they were a lot more than BT Express which surprised us. He let me know that he may not get to me right a way because of the recent rain, he was a little behind, but low and behold on Monday he contact me and said he had some job cancelations and could come over that day. When I got home from work, everything was done.....COMPLETELY and we couldn't be happier! No other landscaping was disturbed and destroyed and our side yard looks fantastic.
