"We chose Window Concepts because they brought product samples to our home to assist us in picking out a new entry door and sidelights. I wasn't pleased with the scheduling process for installation though. They called 45 minutes after our original installation appointment time and said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I had to wait another week and though they were a few hours late, they did show up. Despite the wait the installers did a great job and we are happy with the finished product."

Due to the programs being utilized to complete the program, Jake and his crew have been working with our hired architect and engineer to design our certified historic rehabilitation. The rehab is being completed on a small commercial building in Keota, IA, that was originally built in 1897. They were regularly involved in making plans for the project leading up to the actual start of construction in August 2019. Their crew has been on the job consistently from day one. The project involves a top to bottom gut and rehab of the structure. Jake and his crew have been great to work with and have been very concientious and open about the project budget and have been great about suggesting alternative methods that could provide better or equivalent results at a lower price.
