"Danny reached out right away regarding our post in Angi. He came by promptly to do an estimate. Once we were able to get another estimate to compare, I decided to move forward with Danny's, Ibarra Lawn & Landscape. We went back and forth on scoping and budgeting the job, all the while Danny was very responsive and accommodating. He delivered the cedar chips, did clean up of leaves and sticks, and applied the chips to the yard in one day. Danny even had to go back from NE PDX to SW (Tualatin) to get more materials and still finished the job in one day. Would definitely recommend and will hire again!"

For this particular project, Gaston coordinated directly with the tenants in my home to replace the hood above the stove. I live out of state, so it was important for me to work with someone I trust to manage the details. Gaston responded very quickly to my call and was able to review the project the very next day. After coordinating with my tenants’ schedule, he visited the home to assess the job and promptly communicated his findings back to me along with a clear quote. He then procured the new hood and worked directly with the tenants to complete the installation. The hood was installed and vented properly, and Gaston also added some finishing cosmetic touches to ensure the final result looked clean and aesthetically pleasing. "I would double the number of stars (i.e. 10 stars) if possible! Burton Pest Control is not only a great company, but the owner, Ray, is such a great person! He is extremely honest, approachable, kind, generous and considerate; on top of his excellent skill and experience in the work he carried out! Our home was infested with mice in the crawlspace which had caused damage to the heat ducts and insulation. Ray had come 3 times to install traps and caught them all; sealed the surrounding foundation; and checked everything possible to make sure there is no space for the animals to enter again! On one occasion when he was going to start the work, the entrance cover to the crawlspace was broken and the crawlspace is not accessible. Ray immediately came up with some trick to remove it and then rebuilt the whole cover for me afterwards. Now the crawlspace is easily accessible from inside the home! Last but not (never) the least: the cost of these highly valuable services is extremely fair! All I can say is that he charged me a little more than half of the charge from another 5-star company I called, and likely to have provided two times better service! Thanks, Ray.
