Last winter the lock to our front door broke, he came with his staff the same day (it was a Sunday) to help not only fix the door but to weather proof it as well. On top of the quality of his work, Sanfer and his staff are unbelievably friendly, warm, and professional. I will continue to contact work on my house, large or small, out to D&S Partners."

The plugs that cover the screw holes in the stairs are falling out. I looked for some at Home Depot, but couldn't find the right color. I still had Chase's cell #, so I texted him and asked if he could send me some plugs, and I would do it myself. No response. Tried again the next day, still no response. I'm not surprised. Aging the build was decent, price was higher than most. Now that nearly 2 years have gone by, and customer service should be anticipated, nothing. Never again."
