"They do all the painting by hand. They came exactly when they said they were going to come. The location that we are in has a lot of humidity. There were a couple things wrong, and they came back to fix it no cost. It is not their fault that the paint is bubbling up. The paint may have adhered to the primer. 95% of the painting there was no problem though. This company is very professional, and stands by their work. They are some of the nicest people, and are a delight to have around. I cannot say enough nice things about them!"

"I initially contacted Jardine's Painting through the contact form provided on Angie's list, and David Jardine promptly responded by email to begin discussions about what work was needed. David and his colleague then visited my home and prepared an estimate based on our discussion. Let me say at the outset that my home presents some unique challenges for any exterior work because it is situated on a steep wooded slope and portions of the house are not easily accessible. Other painters I talked with expressed reservations about taking on the job. But David and his colleagues seemed to view the job differently -- they saw an opportunity where they could use their expertise and creativity to achieve an outstanding result. I was impressed with the enthusiasm and can-do attitude that they expressed during our initial consultation -- this was an important factor in selecting them to do the work. I was very pleased with the way that they approached every aspect of the job from that point forward. I was concerned about making the right color choices, and David was courteous and helpful in discussing all options with me. In fact, he even designed a custom color mix for the garage door that complements the exterior stain beautifully. I had previously thought that perhaps the garage door needed replacement, but now it looks new. All of the other staining and painting tasks undertaken for this job were also very well done. For example, I had recently had sections of the siding replaced with new wood, and other sections were etched from vines that a former owner had allowed to grow on the siding. David and his crew managed to make everything look uniform and you cannot tell that either of these former issues ever existed. I would also like to state that David and his crew were courteous and professional in every way. They took the time to discuss various options of the work with me. They were also considerate of the fact that I had pets in the home and they were very careful to not let them outside. They cleaned up thoroughly at each point along the way and were very respectful of my home. In summary, I think that the house looks beautiful with its new exterior staining and paint job, and I could not be happier with the work that Jardine's Painting did. "Raymer & Son Exteriors has done many jobs for me through the years and has always done an outstanding job. This job was handled in the same professional way all the others were. My old deck steps were not only rotten but each step was a different height and the top step was 11" high. Tom ripped out the old steps and repaired framing that was unsafe. He installed new steps (adding one step) and now all my steps are exactly 7 1/2" high and he made them 16" deep which is exactly what I wanted. He even picture framed each step with the decking treads. He also replaced my step railing which was old and to high from the steps. Tom also cut fence pickets to match my current fence exactly. He replace two full sections that were damaged and various pickets in other sections. He had to replace two of the fence posts. The treated wood will have to dry over the winter and then in the Spring I will have Tom?stain the whole fence and deck."

"We liked everything about them.  They were terrific.  Their quote was actually less than many of the companies but they came here, they go the job done within the week.  It is a big job because the whole house is cedar and the chimneys are also cedar that go up to about fifty feet and one guy came and looked at it and said he wasn’t going up there, but these guys came and they did it.  They rented all the right equipment that was needed, they did a very good job, and they got it done. "

"They came on time for the estimate appointment and I was impressed when they came with swatches for the inside and the deck.  They had done their homework and come by the get a look at the color of the deck.  They already had samples similar to what we had on the deck.  <br /> <br /> They showed me pictures of work they had done on complex rooms with two colors and lots of woodwork so I could be assured that they would not ruin our woodwork.  <br /> <br /> I had two other estimates and they were all very similar - so I believe the price was right on target. <br /> <br /> They came when they said they would come.  They moved the furniture, took down all the wall hangings, etc.  We did not have to prepare anything.  When it was done they replaced the furniture and wall hangings - and everything was in its correct place!  <br /> <br /> They were very neat and professional.  The work was terrific.  Every corner and wall where it met the woodwork was perfect.  The ceiling had been all yellowed stucco - they made it look like new. We did a different color on one of the walls in the Great Room and it looks great.  The lines are perfect. <br /> <br /> When they did the deck it poured rain the next day.  It was one of those deluges of rain and washed away some of the paint making spots throughout the deck.  I didn't even have to call.  Todd called me to see if it was OK and when I told him it was not he said not to worry - they would redo it.  <br /> <br /> They definitely go above and beyond.  One time when they were at the house, my husband noticed some holes from a woodpecker on a corner of the house.  He was talking to me saying he needed to fix it.  Todd overheard and said his Team would do it when they came back to redo the deck.  And they did. <br /> <br /> These guys are pleasant, professional and very fair.  I plan to use them again for other rooms we need painted."

"<p>The project went well.</p> <p>The salesman, Rick, priced out the job and measured the openings on September 20, 2013.</p> <p>We discussed options and signed the contract on that date.  The windows were ordered and the job was later scheduled for installation on 10/31/2013.</p> <p>The installation crew arrived on the morning of the installation and removed the old storm windows and prepared the openings for the new windows.  There were a couple of window measurements that were slightly off, either on the measurement side or manufacturing side, but the crew was able to modify the affected openings to accept the windows as delivered.  </p> <p>All windows were professionally installed, caulked and then the outside was trimmed with aluminum.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"Working with Leeland's was a great experience. I had a significant leak in my slate roof and the service appointment was scheduled very quickly. It was explained to me that the way they perform the repair and maintenance jobs was to have me pre-authorize $800 worth of work (time and materials) and if it went over that they would write up a separate estimate. If it was less they would only charge me for the actual work performed. The roofer showed up on time and was very professional. He was onsite for maybe 4 to 5 hours. The leak was fixed that day and 15 other slates that were missing or damaged were also repaired. He took photos of everything that was done - before and after and they were emailed to me in a PDF file later that week. Also included in the email was three estimates for other areas on the roof that need attention. I am planning on having them out to perform general maintenance on the roof every year. Total cost of all repairs was $400. <br />"
