"We had a relatively small leak occurring from a lower portion of our roof which only occurred with wind driven storms from one direction, leading to a couple of stained areas on the ceiling below it. I had heard good things about HONOR, so I called and spoke to Dennis there who was very friendly and helpful. A 3 man crew showed up to look at the job within a couple days as promised, and called within 30 mins. of their arrival. They quickly found what the issue was, and got most of it completed that day, finishing the job a few days later. They were very thorough in their approach to the job, and sent photos of what they had found, and photos of all they had done to fix it. We were very impressed. Refreshingly, they are not one of those companies that try to upsell you on things you don't need, or suggesting that you should really have a whole new roof. We will certainly be calling them in the future if we do need more repairs or indeed a new roof!"

I had 5 contractors coming and while all had very similar overall prices, Arber (the owner) spent a lot of time on the roof and was the best at documenting, with pictures, every single issues with our roof. Every single aspects of the work to be done was explained clearly. A clear understanding that any amount of additional work to be done to the underlying structure was dependent on the extent of the damages that would be found once the shingles were removed, with a range of what to expect in terms of possible additional cost . So no hidden surprises from Arber. Only good or bad surprises from the state of the roof itself ! Arber and his team were on time, courteous, efficient and very professional, and very careful in redoing the flashing around the skylights and chimney to ensure proper sealing. All the work was documented with photos as it went. Everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction once the work was done. Arber himself was on site most of the time. In short, when it comes to roof work, I highly recommend Arber and his team."
